The Goods.

Goals:
1. Upon completion of the 90 challenge, I would like to RX At least 50% of the WODs. I am currently at about 10% of the WODs. Do I sound like a baby?
2. Frequency. 4X per week WODs, at least 2X run, 1x teach spin, and lots and lots of booty shakin'.
3. Working on this one...but thinking about working up to a banded pull up. I am currently a ring row girl. Straight up...I suck at pull ups. Maybe it is time.

Nutrition:
Paleo...Primal...Zone...Oh my. Still have to decide on this one. Leaning towards Primal Zone blocks. Afraid...
